Maintenance Technician:-
Key Responsibilities
- Attend CNC machine breakdowns and minimize
downtime.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance of CNC
machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and
pneumatic problems.
- Maintain CNC machine components such as motors,
sensors, drives, bearings, pumps, lubrication systems and control panels.
- Check and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and
coolant systems.
- Carry out machine alignment, lubrication and periodic
inspection.
- Coordinate with Production and Operators for quick
resolution of machine issues.
- Maintain breakdown and preventive maintenance
records.
- Monitor spare parts and inform the supervisor about
critical requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning and shifting of
CNC machines.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- ITI – Fitter / Mechanical Trade.
- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and
maintenance work.
- Knowledge of bearings, shafts, couplings, belts,
chains and gears.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic
systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and measuring
instruments.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Ready to work in shifts.
